From Mushroom Kingdom Fusion Wiki Intro:
Soldier Suit: The Soldier Suit (also known as "Trooper Suit") is an exclusive powerup in Mushroom Kingdom Fusion that gives the player unique gameplay options.
Sci-Fi Suit: The Sci-Fi Suit is a second-tier powerup that was originally based upon the Spartan Suits from the Halo series of games, But later expanded to include a wider variety of sci-fi outfits. Each character who gets a Sci-Fi Suit will have a different variant on it.
The Sci-Fi Suit and its variants share one common effect: the ability of regeneration. If the player is damaged, they do not lose the suit immediately. Instead, the suit flashes and begins to regenerate. It takes seven seconds for the suit to fully regenerate. the player cannot drop an reserve item until it regenerated, the player must run away from dangers and wait until it regenerated. If a character is hit while the regeneration process is in progress, then the character will lose their variant of the Sci-Fi Suit.

I think it'll be easier for the team if you can send the wiki page for both powerups.
I think it's funny how the headline literally says "Never ask us for anything ever again" yet people make so many suggestions anyways. I can always hear Mr Nameless silently screaming in pain when another suggestion comes in lol
I tried using Boomerang Flower (from this pack) and got an error message from bettereffects.lua telling me that it's trying to index local 'img' (a nil value). As far as I can tell I made all necessary adjustments to the .lua and .ini files, and it's still giving me that error message. Any ideas? I've recently been testing LOTS of powerups in SMBX2 and this is the first time I got that message.
Lovely pack! I can think of a lot of situations where I could use them.
I also see that this is version "1.0", so do you guys have any plans to expand the amount of powerups in a future update/version?

It worked! I changed 760 to 782 since I changed the ID number before using it, and ID 760 was already taken up by another custom powerup. Thanks for the help!
