The Factory! (Update) [Extended]

They're not that bad, but they're not that good either.

You can do the following:
1. Delete the image.
2. Put the unmodified image into the folder.
3. Download Paint.net and run it.
4. Turn the lava green and save it.
5. Profit.

This was a somewhat short and rather awkward level.

Visual Appeal
The first section has a lot of pluses and minus when it came to how it looked. For starters, the scenery is for the most part used pretty well, but the solid blocks you used as 1x1 platforms weren't intended to be used in the fashion you did (I would know because I ripped this tileset). They are supposed to be extra in-ground tiles for scenery for the in-ground tileset. When they're used as 1x1 blocks as platforms, it looks rather awkward and not as great. The major problem with the second and third sections is that there is absolutely no scenery whatsoever, making those parts of the level look empty and uneventful. The SMW tiles, especially the pipes, really do not go well with the SMB3 factory and I suggest you swap out those with some better fitting graphics, like the SMB3 styled SMW pipes you can find in the GFX Pack, and some SMB3 styled grassland tileset, like SuperMario7's. In all honesty, I think the outside section could use a lot of work in other ways as well, but I'll get to that later.
5/10

Design
The first section is really the only thing memorable about the level when it came to design. It's an upwards autoscrolling section that actually adds some excitement in, but then all the other sections just as easily dull it back down with no scenery and actually feeling incredibly rushed. The last section with the SMB3 roulette exit is an equal offender of the seemingly rushed feel the level radiates. Although it's a short level, I'd suggest adding a midpoint somewhere in the middle of the second section of the level to avoid doing the tedious autoscroll again. Autoscroll doesn't appeal to everybody.
4/10

Gameplay
The autoscroll in the first section could PROBABLY go a bit slower as I had trouble trying to figure out what was foreground and what wasn't, thanks to the in-ground blocks you used in the unintended way. There really isn't anything special in the other sections other than the poorly executed "self destruct" section.
3/10

Music
I liked the music in the first two sections as it is pretty upbeat and actually fits a factory styled level pretty well. I don't know what the hell I heard during and after the sirens, but I REALLY hated those choices. They blared in my ears and it wasn't exactly appealing to hear loudly, either. I can't say much about the exiting section's music other than that it fits, but just barely fits, with the ending section, as if the player is happy they made it out of the factory and didn't lose a life & have to play the entire level over again.
4/10

Wasn't that memorable of a level.
