The bridge, the bridge rails, the TNT, and the acid have 1x1 pixels. What program did you use?

Export as a .png and then turn it into a .gif using an online converter, or get a real image editor, like gimp or paint.net. Other than that, the design looks good, I'll try it out.

It's quite easy to spot 1x1 pixels. They look really grainy and out of place when you compare it with SMBX's graphics as they are made out of 2x2 pixels. Here's a standard SMB3 mushroom...
...now here it is again with 1x1 pixels...
It just doesn't fit in when compared to the picture above that, don't you think?

I played this level and it doesn't look bad, but there were something that I didn't like. First, the music doesn't fit. Second, at the end there were strange things, like the SMB3 grass blocks which make clash, the factory that doesn't finish on the top (there aren't any blocks above the pipe) and the "pipes" at the SMB3 roulette exit, which don't fit because there you are outside the factory.

i get it, ill replace the grass with growth acid, but wat do you mean "the factory that dosen't finish on the top??

It was a tad short though, and I never understood why the green Koopas couldn't hurt me. Also, there was no exit to the level as the end goal was missing.
Other than the obvious goal mistake, I DID enjoy this level. I rate it a 6.5/10.
I was editing and erasing the background on the exit and i forgot to add it :3
