Collectables are missing.I placed six collectible stars in SMBX2, but only two of them appeared. What happened and what do I do?

Re: Collectables are missing.There's maybe no deeper reason for it but it's still a fact. It's like that in all versions

Re: Collectables are missing.It's do to with how they are saved by the save file. The game saves whether you have collected a star by storing the level and section the star is in, which means it can't distinguish between different stars in the same section.

Re: Collectables are missing.Could you work around this with some lua code though, or would you break the game by editing the star counter?

Re: Collectables are missing.It's... probably possible, but very tricky, and easier to just use a different type of collectable.
