The reason we suggest paint.net, is because it's just superior to anything else.
But to be perfectly honest, I use MS Paint, But that's only because my computer can't run paint.net, I use GIMP to export the images, so they don't come out terrible.
Example :
Exported to .gif using MS Paint :
Exported to .gif using GIMP/Wohlstand's .png to .gif/paint.net/really anything that doesn't mess up .gifs :
Bottom line is, Don't get mad at people because they are suggesting things to you, that is known as critique.
okay. i'll convert the gifs to pngs and back to a gif, making it better.
Actually, it won't. if the images have already been exported using MS Paint, you can't fix them, unless your re-draw them.

We're not hating on your graphics back, we're just giving advice for you, mainly the fact that as you used MS Paint, there's 1x1 pixels scattered all over the sprites. There is a workaround by using a 24-bit bitmap and then saving it as a GIF file at the end of the extension (EG. Graphic.gif). Besides that, the graphics look okay if you ask me!
i remade it!

also, guys, you don't have to use paint.net! i use an easier (atleast for me ) method which is as follows:
1. save the file as a 24-bit bitmap
2. find the file with file explorer
3. right-click it
4. hit rename
5. change the file format from btmp (i think that's what it is) to gif
and vualla! (i cant spell that :O ) enjoy you're texture of flying blue-footed boobies or patrick stars crawling on the floor (no joke, that's actually a graphic in some crazy universe)!
criticizm is welcome! but i probz wont switch to paint.net, but you never know! (probably never though, but still)
also, the reason why 0.2 is down is because mediafire and the internet and windows 10 are being shit to me, so, gotta wait about 2 milli freakin' lightverses till the flippin universe ends and all that's left is a flippin peewee herman ghost and the 3 stooges while jason vorhees breakdances to shake it off!!
woah, what did i just say?????
i'm weird XD

Really? I use it all the time. The GFX show up okay. Although, it always makes a fully black mask, but I don't mind and make my own...
Just for comparison:
Image just created in GIMP (has alpha-channel and you see that it has transparency):
Same image re-saved via MS-Paint (transparency lost, background filled with white):

Thx for advice! also, hi wohlstand!

What a bad computer you should have, my computer is too bad and runs paint.net.

well I mean... I think Paint.NET only works on like, Windows 7 or better, so maybe he has a lower version of Windows or something.

I think what he's trying to tell you is put screenshots in your post since that's the rules when it comes to posting graphics packs, so that people know what's in it

I'd like screenshots as well before downloading.
About the paint program argument...
I've used both MS Paint and Paint.net. Paint.net is free, and MS paint comes with every version of windows(I think).
I personally don't think that one is 'better' than the other, they're just so.. different. MS Paint is much simpler interface, but Paint.net has a lot much functionality.
Sure, there may be some workarounds with paint, but in the long run its faster to just learn paint.net.
That being said... there are a lot of free programs out there, find whatever suits you. If you find that MS paint is still you're favorite then just use it and ignore everyone.
I mean, these are only suggestions...

*realises it might also need to be converted to png in some crazy way* G-GOD DANGIT NOT AGAIN
ok, i'll do it. (but don't expect it very soon because i am very lazy XD)

1st of all, thank you for excepting the fact that i do like paint, but the old argument is basicly dead now, because i have found a workaround to get anti 1x1 files using it. and 2nd of all, i'll put screenshots on very soon!
