I downloaded this, and the graphics are pretty good, however when making graphics, use paint.net, as there are 1z1 pixels on everything.

We're not hating on your graphics back, we're just giving advice for you, mainly the fact that as you used MS Paint, there's 1x1 pixels scattered all over the sprites. There is a workaround by using a 24-bit bitmap and then saving it as a GIF file at the end of the extension (EG. Graphic.gif). Besides that, the graphics look okay if you ask me!

Don't double-post, jamerson2. Either wait for someone to reply or edit your previous post.

I like the variety of graphics but the Paint 1x1 pixels mean that the graphics need to be redone. If you want to rip stuff from the SMM NSMBU sprites for this project me and yoshiegg would appreciate it.

It's a very bad idea to use Paint when making your own custom graphics. Aside from not having as many tools, Paint screws up the quality of .GIF files so they look all grainy and very low-quality. You can get around this and remove all the grain through Paint, but it's a very slow process that involves saving it as a .PNG file and then converting it into a .GIF. I, and probably the rest of the community, would recommend you use Paint.NET to create custom graphics, because you will avoid this problem, and can save straight as a .GIF file without all the .PNG malarkey.
Don't worry though, the general idea is still there with Paint.NET, you don't really need to re-learn a lot.

We are suggesting paint.net because we want you to improve with your sprites, nobody will use your pack if there are 1x1 pixels everywhere

These graphics are actually good, but don't use MS Paint, it makes gifs ugly
Like everyone else is saying, you should use Paint.net, it has a lot of features to use.

The reason we suggest paint.net, is because it's just superior to anything else.
But to be perfectly honest, I use MS Paint, But that's only because my computer can't run paint.net, I use GIMP to export the images, so they don't come out terrible.
Example :
Exported to .gif using MS Paint :
Exported to .gif using GIMP/Wohlstand's .png to .gif/paint.net/really anything that doesn't mess up .gifs :
Bottom line is, Don't get mad at people because they are suggesting things to you, that is known as critique.

PNG to SMBX GIFs pair converter is a good program. I use MS Paint and save my GFX as PNG's and then convert to GIF's. Not that hard to use this thing. All you do is select a location and then drag and drop images to convert them.

MS-Paint still suck in alpha-channel support, therefore resulted PNGs are will lack transparency. Alpha-channel is very important thing needed to have stuff to make a RIGHT gif.

Really? I use it all the time. The GFX show up okay. Although, it always makes a fully black mask, but I don't mind and make my own...

Just for comparison:
Image just created in GIMP (has alpha-channel and you see that it has transparency):
Same image re-saved via MS-Paint (transparency lost, background filled with white):

For realzies?! I guess if you want to use the GFX in PNG format, then it won't work The transparency i mean. I always use GIF files tho. They show up fine when I save as PNG and convert to GIF. I also have to make my own masks, so yeah...
