Of course. It won't go overboard though, just everything that would fit in a Mario game which those SMW slopes would. The rest will be custom graphics.

And what about Metroid/Zelda stuff? That isn't from any Mario game either, and I still see a Misc. tab on your screen capture.

Well that would depend on the level of demand. This is still supposed to be a Mario game, so I'll keep it as it is unless a lot of people want more.

Oh, by the way. What about power ups? Planning to implement any that were not on SMBX?
Also, what about On-top-only-solid slopes?

Yes, more power ups will be added that aren't in SMBX. As for the slopes you mentioned, I plan on having a built in block editor to go with a built in NPC editor so that may be added. I can't say much else for certain because it's going to be awhile until I can get to expanding more from SMBX, I have to get everything working together first.

I'm REALLY liking those undo & redo buttons. How well do they work at the moment?

Those aren't fully implemented yet, because I need to start working on the fill tool in a way that can make it possible to undo and redo the placement. It was really a last minute decision since Ragont, mentioned it and I figured I would add it anyway.

Ooh, steep slopes would be incredibly awesome, especially if you slide down automatically like in SMW. This is overall looking incredibly cool, GhostHawk.

You can change the blocks size? Or is that just for the resizable ones?

The thing is, loads of people use the non-Mario stuff. Take Mother Brain and Bits for an example. Therefore, I think they should stay.

Yeah, Mother Brain or something that works identically is an important NPC, I think, since she's a very resilient boss that can be put on a moving layer. If you're not going to include the actual Mother Brain, I encourage you to include something that works the same.

Yep, all the Zelda and Metroid stuff will be there, with possibly extras depending on demand.

I don't plan to give up. I have a habit of prolonged laziness with this project, but I've stuck with it for a year or two now so quitting would be pointless.

With all due respect that's not a good reason to stick with anything.

Eh, you're probably right. But my point was that I believe time spent on this would be time wasted if I just quit all together. I'd give it to the community to work on if they wanted worse came to worse.

Thank you, but you could have said that in the results thread.
