About the Level Designers thing, why weren't new level designers added after CC10? I thought they were the Top 10 designers from the contests.

Not really. Me and the other designers was hired (as far I know) because Valtteri thought we were a good addition to the team.

And has anyone in the Level Designers team been working on TI3?

Well yeah. We made a lot of progress until Valtteri left for military service.
