Remade Playable Waluigi

The thing is the original Waluigi made playable was not only incomplete, but was a recolor of Luigi (for the most part). I would like an ACTUAL Waluigi playable, one that looks like Waluigi, his current appearance.

HOWEVER, if you can't remake the Waluigi playable, maybe you (the graphic designer/editor) can recolor it and add some to the original playable.

The original creator of the graphics was Walu1gi. I'm not kidding, that was his user. Here what he did wrong.

1. Waluigi's overalls are black. He made them a dark blue.
2. There's no death effect for Waluigi.
3. Some of the frames for his fire form has Luigi's face.
4. He forgot to make the Raccoon, Tanooki, Hammer, and Ice Flower form for him. (Though Nintendo never really stated that Waluigi can power-ups with items.)

Above this text is part of the unfinished Waluigi graphics, more specially his small and super form. If anyone can recolored this to match the present Waluigi and add the death effect, I will be grateful.
