A NPC sign that can be hanged up in the wall

Please, the SMW sign seems big and sadly doesn't fit with the theme of my upcoming level.

I don't really understand what you want--an upside down SMW sign? A SMW sign hanging down from a string of sorts? You need to be more specific.

No, it's a sign where it doesn't requires support from any blocks BUT the walls. I remembered that a ToB had a sample sign that I was looking for.
