That's a huge NPC. Even bigger than Bowser himself but smaller than Mother Brain. Besides that, it Looks very nice for a new Character like this. I hope you can make more Characters out of it like from Touhou 6 but still, it Looks nice.

Shikieiki, Lyrica and perhaps Sanae could be used as bosses replacing Mother Brain and attaching an invbisible Lakitu to them (and lots of rinkas and stuff), but that's pretty much it.

Rip more frames from the Megamari ones and you can make good bosses and enemies with them. Rip Marisa's sprites from New Super Marisa Land and you'll have a good playable to replace Mario.
