Captain Toad Takes A Plunge Tileset (SM3DW)

The "blockiness" has once again returned with the second Captain Toad tileset from 3D World and it's ready to go, I would suggest PGE for this, mainly because the tiles are scattered in the Blocks Tab in SMBX and it can be a slightly confusing tileset to use. It includes a tileset ini file for all of you PGE users out there so don't worry. It will also work well with the other CT tilesets I've made too, so feel free to interchange the blocks. Please give credit if you do use this.

This is good and all but I have one suggestion...
Could you please just update the older post instead of posting each one separately? It may just be though...
