Literal Fire and Ice Flowers

This little set of graphics replaces the following:
- Graphics for both power up flowers and projectiles
- Graphics for every effect resulting from either powerup

Keep in mind that the Ice Flower has 4 frames and they'll be played backwards if facing the wrong way. If facing the wrong way, the item will inhale icy air rather than exhaling it.

Besides that, all characters' fireballs will share the same colour: red. Realism!
