Fruit and Veggie graphics

Nothing too fancy, but here are some additional vegetable graphis to replace the SMB2 default ones. Also thrown in are some background graphics (a banana and a carrot) and a watermelon block npc that can be eaten by Yoshi and acts as a blockade.

I feel like it's missing some shading at points (espeically the banana) and the pineapple looks too square, but aside from that it does look fairly nice.
