Autumn Map Tiles

I've seen people use autumn map tiles in their episodes with orange leafed trees to boot, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction as to where I could get these... If not however, I'd like if someone could make these for me instead, thanks in advance. (P.S. : If you do decide to make them, please tell me first.)
