How Can I Make Piranha Plants's Fireballs Melt Ice Blocks?

So an Ice Block, like the Coin and Munches, (this is referring to an Ice Level in NSMBU) will melt a-pone the Piranha Plant's Fireball. How Can I do it?

I don't think this is possible, I never seen another fire item melting them, only player fireballs.
