
Topic for Acropolis of Bosses: Boss Rush
Introduction
I have decided to take a break from my other project, Battle for the Stars, and i want to focus more on this boss rush first, as i like making bosses! So, it's all pretty simple: Tons of bosses, a hub, item spawners, secret areas, "shops", blah blah blah.... anyways, let's begin with the basics.
Story
It has been a year after the events of that last invasion by Bowser. Mario thinks that all is now okay, and he decides to relax at his house. However, when he walked to his house, he saw a note on his front door, saying:"Dear Mario, I have been watching you for very long now. I have seen you fighting bosses. I have been observing you. So, i have a challenge for you." When Mario just finished reading it, a black void appeared, and sucked him, along with Luigi and a random Toad, inside it!
A few minutes later, Mario, Luigi and Toad flew out of the portal into a royal castle. "What...is this?" Mario asked, in confusion. A toad then runs towards Mario, and hastily shouts,"MARIO?! You were sucked here too by that black void?! Some creep just made us have to face so many bosses, and let me tell you guys...something i really don't want...to tell." Mario, upon hearing that statement, questioned in return,"Wait, what happened?" The toad then said,"All those bosses you have faced...they've returned to get revenge! They want to see you defeated and defeated and defeated! And also, when we try negotiating with them, they simply tell us that the lord of the acropolis had given them all their power, and that they have to kill you and your brother for revenge!"
So, Mario and his friends walk over to the right of the first floor, and see a sign saying "Tier 1 - The Losers". They then see a huge door, and walk into it...

Total: 69 Bosses (I know, it's a staggering number.)

Returning
Super Mushroom: Turns the player's character to Super mode, allowing them to take one more hit.
Fire Flower: Very rare. Sometimes seen as a reward when a boss has been defeated.
Ice Flower: Along with Fire Flower, appears in some boss fights only.
Raccoon Tail: Allows the player to glide.
Tanooki Suit: Only given in the final boss fight.
Herbs: Given in some boss fights to throw at bosses.
New
Cogwheel Mushroom: Turns the player into a flying cogwheel, causing him to be able to fly to secret areas.
Baseball: Can be thrown at enemies.
Chainsaw: Chop 'em up.
Flamethrower: Extremely rare, appears only in 2 boss battles.
