Well, Touhou in SMBX is pretty much impossible to recreate 1:1, there are some ways however how people like bossedit8 have tried to recreate bosses from Touhou in SMBX.

Best example is probably his recreation of Flandre



I did something Touhou-ish this morning, it's not really Touhou like, but it's similar.
