It looks okay, but as KoolKat said, it lacks shading. You could try using some more colors.

This is one weird sprite for a random graphic like this. It looks nice but it doesn't completly fit for a regular Mario Game in my opinion so it could be more fit for a random Level like this or a "South Park" Themed one but eh. It was a good work anyway.
