Just want to tell you that SilverDeoxys did most of TSRPR Enemies before. Your version looks good too.

The name: Second Reality Goomba isn't appropriate to name your graphic. First of, FPI didn't make the Goomba. He didn't even made most of the graphics in his hacks. He instead, used graphics from various obscure games (Asterix, Magical Quest, Secret of Mana, etc.) that blend really well with the general aesthetic that he went for his games and he used SMW Redrawn enemy graphics for his hacks. That Goomba happens to be Icegoom's, an alternate version made that is. Just posting this for truth and clarification.
