Need help making level (doors)

I had a question to get started please. How do you link 2 doors? I cant make the right numbers show up to link them right.

IMO If number is up left, then it's Entrance, and down right number shows it's Exit.

I read the help, but cannot get the numbers to appear 2,1 and 1,2 like they should

If you put a Door Warp down somewhere while the selection is on "Entrance", a Pink Square with a Number shows at the top left inside the Square. After that you have to press "Exit" and then put it somewhere in the Level, it shows the samething except that the number is at the bottom right this time. This shows that it is an Exit from an Entrance you linked in.
