My most memorable experience was when I had to disable this board from Disneyland.
No, seriously! For those who haven't been told this story yet, it starts out with Knux deleting the forums on January 1st. It was about noon when I received a notification on my phone from Valtteri over IRC; I had also just finished marching in the Rose Parade (it's a huge parade held in California on New Years' Day) and was waiting in line to get a burger from In-N-Out Burger (delicious fast food chain, sponsors the parade so all participants get it free and they had a huge outdoor setup). Something about Knux deleting the forums, Valtteri said. I was worried, I'm sure, but obviously had a lot of other stuff on my mind at that point. After I finished eating we went and got back on our buses, where I started to deal with the issue. I was checking the forums as well as talking with people over IRC, and everything seemed to fall into place. At least that's what it seemed like looking back on it retrospectively.
I tried working to restore the forums back at the hotel later that afternoon but just didn't feel like finishing it, so I decided to put it off for a bit. The next day we went to Disneyland; I was in a gift shop waiting on my friends, so I decided to check the forums on my phone. I saw that some forums had been recreated, but they hadn't been done exactly right so I had to disable to board. I ended up recreating them when I got home a day later.
