Hi. I really enjoy playing this game with one of my brothers but there are 3 of us so all of us would want to play at same time. Is there any chance we could play 3 simultaneous? If it's impossible to patch game for 3 or 4 players can I somehow add 3rd player by using some kind of editor?

No, its pretty much impossible without cheats.

Basically by the whole SMBX's function, there are only one and two players in natural so it is surely impossible to add a 3rd and even 4th player into the Mode. Only 2 Players at max.
