I don't even get what you're asking.

This has happened with the "Sick Ass" and "Stiens"

It was just a few people that decided to name their levels similarly.

Okay well first you gotta sign a contract with the Black Devil.
Then you gotta get a consecrated host. If he's part of your pact, great, if not, then you may have some difficulties.
Then you have to make a fruit cocktail with the blood from each participant, and then freeze it for later.
Then you gotta phone up SatanCo to tell them you're going to be serving your new master.
Then they'll give you a time and date to go to your nearest convenient death metal band, or if one is not available, the next best thing: ragtime music.
Once you get there, thaw out your blood fruit drink, pour a glass for all your participants, and then say the following:
"In the name of Marios and children across the world, we engrave thy legacy into the records of Hell."
And then you'll finally do the contest level naming pattern you wanted.
That is, if you remembered to get that fire flower and burn that turtle in a bonfire and sing "Amazing Grace" while it happened.

You forgot to mention the part where the neighbor devil will start eating watermelon and he'll proceed to shit out an oversized bill gates if you didn't burn the turtle

Anyway, all you have to do is contain the words "Sick Ass" before your level name.

LATE EDIT: what the FUCK did I even say LMFAO

And they'll be changed to whatever you wanted at the end of this easy step-by-step guide.

That is, if you did blow up that statue of Bobbindale in your local singalong bar.

Emral made a level called Stein's Lab and since it revolves around time travels, and since he made it shortly after he finished the anime Steins;Gate (which is freaking awesome), we (Mudkip and me) suggested him to call it Steins;Lab to make the reference more conspicuous. The simicolon is an illegal character file, but we found out it works if you rename the file in the folder and add that illegal character, it works. But you can't save.

Emral also made a Dr. Pepper vending machine to include another Steins;Gate reference. In Steins;Gate, Dr. Pepper was the cause of several comedic moments, and it's generally known as some kind of meme among the Steins;Gate fanbase, and that's why we simply loved the idea of the Dr. Pepper Vending Machine. Emral decided to put it in the secret star room of Steins;Lab as friendly npc, saying something like, "You don't have enough money".

When the first three sections of Steins;Lab were completed and I asked Emral to upload it on our Skype group (consisting of himself, Mudkip, and me of course), Mudkip and me decided to secretly also add the same Steins;Gate references to surprise Emral. So basically, we renamed our level to Steins;name-of-environment, and added a Dr. Pepper vending machine in the secret star section saying something identical as well.

When I had a talk with Sendou, I told him about this idea and asked him if he was interested in doing something like this. He was already working on his level, and resisted doing this because he was afraid of being "too bad" for us (yes, he is that pessimistic), but eventually agreed and did it as well.

This is the full and real story of how the Steins;Levels to existence. And no, the sick ass levels had no influence on this. In fact, we didn't even think about them when doing this.

E: Holy fuck this post turned out to be bigger than I expected. But well, I explained every single little detail lol.
