How can I make my codec my Videos into 240P - 360P Only?

So when I record I SMBX video, and then codec to an .avi or mp4, (or flv).
How do I make the video only be available in 240P and/or 360P Only? - (I've got very shitty upload speed, but good download speed!).

No one would want to watch something so low quality. Just start uploading it at night and leave your computer on. It should be done in the morning, depending on you internet speed.

It looks fine in 360P and 240P:

It looks atrocious in 240p, and looks like crap in 360p. I don't see what's wrong with uploading over night.

@XerX: Yes, because I almost always do this when I want to upload Videos that has a lot of Bytes involved.


Which Recording Software do you use by the way? If it is Bandicam then there are Websites that helps you out how to make a better Quality Videos. Maybe there are more that their own Websites that helps you out by a recording software.

Not Bandicam, BB FlashBack Screen Recorder, and they don't come with there own codec.

I can/sometimes use VSDC Free Video Editor to edit my videos, also change to Higher or Lower video quality.
