Posting Screenshots

Postby supayoshi777 » Mon Aug 18, 2014 6:34 pm

As of now, I am trying to review an episode for someone on the forum, and I am trying to post screenshots. I'm not exactly sure how to do it though. First, I click "Upload attachment", then I select a screenshot from the screenshot folder of smbx. when I click "Add the file", it takes me to a blank page with nothing on it but "413 Request Entity Too Large nginx/1.2.1". Am I doing something wrong?

Try uploading to a image sharing site like tinypic or photobucket

Like Epoch said, try using an image hosting site. When it comes to posting screenshots or images of any kind on the Internet the best is to upload it somewhere. If you're open for any suggestions regarding any site to use, I would recommend either Imgur or Tynipic.

Or you can open the file in an image editing program (such as MS Paint) and save it as a .png file. Bitmaps are much larger when they don't need to be.

I would recommend you post it to imgur for fire-and-forget images.

Seconded. Imgur never has deleted any of my images.

Yeah, I think I'll stick with Imgur. I tried the other sites. They are a lot more difficult to use. I used Imgur with ease. Thank you everyone for your help.
