My avatar riding a cloud

Someone make my avatar into a good smb3 styled sprite. And make it look good and mario-esque.
Then make the lowerhalf of the body ride a Lakitu cloud. Make him have 3 animations. One of him laughing that should replace a no gravity gomba one that is replacing an actuall Lakitu.
One that flies around with a fishing rod. And one that just flies in the air at high speeds.
