There is a Event that is already implemented in the Event Window called "P Switch - Start" and "P Switch - End". Those will trigger if you pressed the P Switch. You need a Layer that the Dragon Coin will disappear once you hit the P Switch and if the P Switch ends they must be appear. But that is a very buggy solution because doing so they will Duplicate the Dragon Coins and you gain more lifes than usual.
The other way is while the P Switch is active, make sure that the player is impossible to reach the Dragon Coin so he/she is not accidently breaking it and lose the chain of the Dragon Coin Points.
