I would like to know why this issue happened and how to fix it:


Also note that this only happens in fullscreen mode. However in window mode another thing happens; graphics stutter a lot while scrolling like in the video above and sometimes game lags.

Sorry for posting again but I got other questions: why does it get affected if display resolution is reduced? And does it have anything to do with graphic card driver?
