trying to find old(?) SMBX episode

hi, not sure if this is the right place to ask this.i just remembered a smbx episode i used to play a while back but now i can't find it. was wondering if anyone can recognize it based on this description? pretty sure it was bundled with an older version of smbx2 but i honestly don't remember.
the episode starts outside (night?) and you can enter a yellow/golden castle-like area, where all the levels are (you enter doors to access the levels), kind of like tower of biased.
i only remember one level with a lot of detail, it was some creepy evil toad hotel where there was a cutscene where you sleep and get scared by some blue guy , after which you can play the rest of the level

I remember what you're talking about. It was packaged with Beta 3 iirc, and it was for a contest. I'd recommend downloading Beta 3 and checking the pre-packaged episodes to find it, shouldn't be too hard

I recognize the level you're talking about. That's the winner of CC11, Two Nightmares at Robotics; Hotel. Was the episode Tower of Biased X?

It's 'SMBX Contest Greatest Hits', a compilation of older contest levels that came packaged with Beta 3. I'm not sure if it ever got a standalone release, tbh.
