I need you to take this "SMB2 Candy Cane" Background, and change it into an Animated background with rain in it. Add some shading, and make the clouds darker. Thanks!!

I'm not sure about dark clouds, and shading but there are some custom graphics for rain that are background objects (BGOs) if that helps.
