Someone uploaded SMBX 1.3.1 on Itch.io claiming they made it

As the title states someone is passing themselves off as the creator of SMBX 1.3.1 now I'm not sure how important this may be to you guys but I just wanted to toss it out here that it's going on. I did report it on itch.io already.

The game page shows the version 1.3.1 and it shows it was uploaded 20 days ago, from the time of this post.

This guy has been doing this with proprietary games like Spider Man 2 as well. Pretty scummy.

I already reported this. Also, said person posted freaking Counter-Strike Source, which I'm pretty sure is just flat-out illegal.

I made a report as well. The more reports the merrier. It's a real shame there are people stupid enough to think that they can get away with this. What makes it even worse for him is that there's an option for downloaders to donate to him on that download page. I mentioned that in my report that that's grounds for a lawsuit from Nintendo if they ever find out about it.

I wouldn’t call it stupid enough, I would find it more stupid that people actually give someone money for something you can get for free.
