this npc doesn't work properly

so, Dragonmaster made a mini dumb drum for me, and i made it replace the SMW lakitu, when in-game, it doesn't throw ANYTHING, can someone help me?

At least make the hitbox lower insteead of the whole graphic, I think that can be the solution... try to lower the width and height to something like 38? I do not know. Numbers are your choice anyway...
