Cursor Disappearing at certain spots on Level Editor

It's my first time doing Level Editor and the cursor is disappearing on the bottom and the right side of the Window for the Level. It's either my computer or something wrong with my type of engine. I'm using 1.3.0.1 if i need to explain the version's detail.

Are you moving your cursor off the window? That may be why. Also I suggest getting SMBX2. The editor is better and will cause you less issues.
