Looking for a Naval Pirahna Boss

So I was looking through Squishy Rex's GFX pack and I noticed there was a naval piranha boss, however, it was simply the head of the boss. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the entire boss, with the vines and the piranha buds as well. Or if anyone knew where I could find the naval piranha boss in the SMBX 1.3 trailer at 2:57. I would appreciate the one from the trailer or the original one from Yoshi's island. Thanks!
