Level Editor Issues

Postby sodakeeper » Sun Jan 21, 2018 12:25 pm

I'm new to the Level Editor in SMBX, and I can't place tiles on the last 2 ticks from the bottom, and the last 3 ticks from the left, so I can't finish a level fully at all. Even when I go into the Debugger and look at the X/Y coordinates, it says "Offscreen." I'm so confused, may I have some help?

I'd recommend switching to PGE and seeing if that fixes things.

PGE? Sorry, I'm very new and I don't know much about PCs or the sort if it's relating to that.

It's the new editor for SMBX, used by SMBX2 (which I suggest you just use anyway, it's a newer version than 1.3).

I can't find a download for SMBX2. The only one I did find only came in the form of a 3.7x file.

To take care of your original problem, can you screenshot? You know how to resize sections right?

It's sticked in the General forum. It's a .7z file, which can be extracted with free software 7zip.
