It's a triple golden mushrooms. And gives you 3x lives. It replace 3up moon.

It might look better if there was a little extra shading on the mushrooms at the back to demonstrate that they're being overlapped

Triple golden mushrooms, eh? I'd be able to move really fast! Thank you. Anyways, that's actually nice, getting three mushrooms at once instead of putting them in a row. ( I would really like if they're green instead of golden, just sayin' )
