School Project for MS Business

So I have a homework assignment for my Microsoft Business class, and it's basically a project where we study patterns of synergy that would effect workplace communication and productivity. It includes a bunch of social factors, and don't worry, this is just a class project I'm not with the NSA - I'm not stalking anyone and this is all confidential. Basically what I want people to do is take a series of tests that will spit out a number or other result to find patterns in Microsoft Excel, and also provide basic information to make a presentation on how different backgrounds affect communication. We were permitted to use whatever tests we like to get insights about people we surveyed as long as they were approved, and each of these tests were legit enough for my professor (some of which I've already posted around because they're popular tests people make threads about on other forums).
