These would be kind of good if they weren't plagued with 1x1 pixels and off-palette colours, mainly that of the tent

I see 1x1 pixels, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, if they were only 1x1 pixels, you could just resize them because SMBX's vanilla graphics use 2x2 pixels.
But the problem is, you're mixing 1x1 pixels and 2x2 pixels, which makes it harder to re-format to completely 2x2 pixels.

Another thing is, I'm see some weird masking on some of the sprites :

Be sure your first image (ex. npc-1) has a completely black background, and your "m" image (ex. npc-1m) has a completely white background, and the sprite itself is completely black.

The only thing I can say here that I haven't already said is, I would recommend adding some shading and outlining to the tent, and the pipe.

Your sprites look blurry, I would recommend getting proper sprites yourself by ripping them. (I would either play the rom on an emulator, use a screen capturing tool, and cut out the sprites, or use something sophisticated like ZSNES, which has the ability to turn off sprite layers, and take screen caps)

Pixel Pest, your right there is too much 1x1 pixel action going on and yeah, I admit I hastily made the carnival tent.

Jacob Turbo, lol good username. Thanks for the advice on this. I may get around to fixing up this pack eventually, it would be cool if someone beefed them up as well. Good advice.

Custom work for Mario & The Mushroom Genie included in this topic. Npcs are mainly 2x2 pixels so useable for other projects.
theres no need to apologise for being honest. I was expecting SMBX to be much more laid back when I joined 3 years ago, but its professional.

I see a lot of 1x1 Pixels.They clash with SMBX's default graphics and with themself.The problem is your wierd mix of 1x1 pixels and 2x2 pixels.

I agree that that scantly clad women should be kept to a minimum on SMBX. Luigi done as a toadette in a bikini constitutes some kind of vote. I updated this early august I wouldn't say it was an old topic yet.
