Runtime Error 9 at startup

Hey guys,

I'm having a difficult time getting this game to run on a system of mine. When I launch the game, I get the opening screen with the "start game" or "level editor" buttons. Whichever button I click though leads to the "runtime error 9 subscript of of range" error. I'm using the most current version, 1.3.0.1. I've tried redownloading several times, making sure to delete the previous folders, and restarting inbetween. I've even tried using the same download that worked on 3 other computers (every computer including the one that isn't working is Windows 10), and it still won't work. The computers I've tried it on range from an old dual core E5700 to a 4th gen i7.

The PC I can't get it to work on has:

i3-3220

Gigabyte Radeon HD7750


Certainly it is more than capable of running it, but is there a possible incompatibility with the video card?

If anyone has any thoughts, it would be hugely appreciated. Thank you.
