SMB3 Recolored SMW underwater

It's basically a edit of Legendtony's Original recolor, but this one has more color to it.

From the title, I was thinking that it would also include the foreground, although the background itself looks pretty good on its own. It'll likely be useful for a little more background differences in underwater levels.
