M&L - Mysterious Misadventures (LunaLUA announced)

Since I cancelled SMB - The 6 Island Expedition because of the quality aside from some levels.
The gameplay style is going to be:
Most of the levels are going to have 3 stars -> one hidden, one dragon coin star and one smb3 star. (just like in Super Mario Legends)
But some levels are also going to have a bonus room when you have to collect 8 red coins in order to get a secret star. (those red coins will be on tricky places in the room, and those levels will be marked on the world map)
There will not be seperate worlds, only different themed sections on the world map.

Disliking your old work because of a lack of quality just means you improved. Chances are, this will happen again if you stick to a project for a long time. Instead of cancelling your other project you could have made some touches to existing levels to bring them on par with the others. I'm just afraid this will to be cancelled if you look at the levels you show here in half a year.

Well, probably (and hopefully) I won't cancel because I don't have everything that pre-planned. I also cancelled it because remaking 5/10 levels doesn't worth it that much for me. (remaking takes almost as much time as making a different level for me) If I improve more than 1/10 difference (so 7.5-8/10 to 9/10 for example), I won't cancel it, because 7.5/10 doesn't clash with 9/10 as much as 5.5/10 with 7.5/10. (at least in my opinion)
But I'm planning to remake Pepper Pyramid for sure, because that level was like 6.75/10, so worse than my current design but better than my old design.
And the thing that I discovered, that I sometimes have interest in making a hub episode, but after some time, I start to prefer world map episodes, and vice versa. So if I slightly lose interest in this project but I still want to design levels, that'll end up in making levels for Mystery of Bowser's Castle. (it can happen vice versa too)
True I still get your point and I will keep that in my mind if I improve my level design a lot. (I will remake the levels if I improve a lot, or just replace them)
And this project is also shorter than my older one, so the cancellation has lower chance because of that too.

I cancelled it because of the quality, not because I lost of interest.

This episode will use LunaLUA for some levels, but don't worry if you have trouble with downloading LunaLUA. Because I will make a seperate SMBX file for this episode too. (I'm going to send out a LunaLUA smbx with only this episode in it to the beta testers in the near future)
Also, it'll only be LunALUA but not SMBX 2.0 material.

I will remove the non-visible parts of the world map, I only have them to make the world map more appealing to the eyes. (I'll delete those sections in the final release)
So, can you guys give feedback maybe?
Also, don't minding the missing exclamation mark in the snow world, it's already fixed.

Looks pretty good! Loving the environment of the level. I'd suggest to you add some SMB1 small trees because in some places it feels a bit alone. Oh and why is everything recolored to SMB3 except from the tileset? isn't a big deal but I think is a small detail you could polish.

I think the world map needs more scenery tiles (specially in the grass part), you could add some clouds and maybe some hills (everything SMB3-style of course) I think you could be a bit variated with sceneries. Your project looks great so far! I specially liked the forest level. Keep the good work! :)
