Super Mario Maker E-Shop Help(Europe)

So,I recently got my download code from GAME for SMM from the E-Shop.Obviously if you input the code now it says you need to wait for the game to release on the E-shop,which is tomorrow.But I have a question;(I'm in England btw)will the game release on midnight here in England on the E-Shop so I can play it straight away in the morning when I start download at midnight?(I have slow internet).

Well,in North America you can preload so you don't have to wait for the download when it's out.
