It looks like the second Koopa has either a text file or mask or graphic error. It's not supposed to show the black line above it.

The wings of the paratroopas also have a cutoff.

Oh also if you read the comments in the mfgg site you find out that Shooting Fireballs didn't make them. All he did was recoloring them but someone else made them before as Zombie ones so idt that Shooting is the "Original Author of this" bc everyone can simply recolor something and claim "oh hey i made that"
