Not able to save?

I'm playing the preinstalled episode "The Invasion 2" and I was able to save my game from the world map up until the 2nd castle. From then on all I get are two options: "Continue" and "Quit," like if I had hit enter during a level, except on the world map. Is anyone else having this problem?

You probably used cheats. They lets you not save the game, but you can use another cheat that I can't spoil that will let you save again.
