ANYHOO, could you put a bit more shading on the tileset? Then it would look really good

Holy shit the day just began and I see this. This gonna be gr8.
Not that you did draw everything in 1x pixels (except for the 'thing' on Goomba's head), you recolored everything so poorly that it would make people quit SMBX. I recommend you to use more than 2 colors for recoloring.

Ok I will fix the 1x1 pixels and also the "thing" on goomba's head is a paper Mario ttyd spiky goomba hat

You shouldn't only fix the 1x1 pixels, you should also fix the very bad recolored koopa and peach. Also the ground you've shown in the screen is really bland.

As the others said, some sprites have a lot of 1x1 pixels and it some recolors looked bad. I'd suggest you use (If you haven't) Paint.net, because saving in Paint could cause some graphical errors.
