computer launch has been compromised

I was in chat, minding my own business when the computer randomly decided to crash on me and never turn on. It says that the computer launch has been disabled, any of you know what's happening?

realistically you should probably run a full scan on your computer with say malwarbytes. however since you said it can't turn on, you can use a Windows recvoery disc to recover your boot stuffs.

Use another computer to install Malwarebytes' on a USB drive or equivalent storage device.

Boot up your computer in safe mode by repeatedly pressing F8 (or pressing and holding, try the other if one doesn't work) on your computer's start screen before the Windows logo screen.

Open Malwarebytes' and perform a full scan.
