EDIT: Ignore the coins in the ground. They aren't real coins. They're just NPC garbage that I forgot to clean up.
I think, you accidentally placed ground block with included coin into it.
Be sure than transparent NPC sprites over blocks are means than block has contained NPC. You can replace it or remove with context menu (right mouse button)
Garbage NPC's are bunch of duplicated NPC's flooded at same place (NPC is duplicated if it have SAME parameters include position, Message text, event triggers, flags, special values). For example, vines - is an old bug of SMBX which provides ability to place over 100 vine NPC's in the 16-blocks line by alone mouse swipe
Kappa mountain is now Subcon Mountain! I decided I'm gonna do a "Level switcheroo" gimmick. Basically at the end the player will have to use a potion to enter the "bonus" version of the level, then going back the way they came with slight level alterations.

Why some of these big vases has their shading inverted?
I felt like the vases would get repetitive if I kept using ones that are in the same position, so I chose to have them facing different positions.
That's not how you do that though, you should keep the shading consistent. Make some of them a different color or something similar, but that just looks confusing.
I'll see what I can do, I took these graphics from the bigass graphics pack, and I always put graphics after a levels design..at least 90% of the time anyways. For now, it stays like this.

Due just go in paint.net and reverse them.
It's not that hard, it now looks like there's some weird alternate dimension with two suns, it makes like 0 sense.
