Spring Vanilla Level Contest? y/n

Okay, I had this idea recently, and I'd like to know what everyone thinks:

Since so many people want this contest to become a reality, why don't we have the contest and put all of the levels into another Tower of Bias hub? That way, the Community Contest number would equal the Tower of Bias number from then on. It could be called Tower of Bias 10: the Vanilla Tower, and the hub would be ice cream styled because puns. Even if we wanted to stick to vanilla graphics for the hub, we could use the snow-related graphics and say that it's vanilla ice cream.

I think ToB should stay separate from the vanilla contest. Definitely create another similar series though.

When I offered a smaller spring contest (not necessarily vanilla) to Quill, he told me it could be arranged, but TOB10 would still be released alongside the Summer Contest.

I like "hall of unbiased" because it's the opposite of "tower of biased" but "vanilla tower" makes more sense i guess.

If we do have a hub episode, it won't have the word "biased" in it and it probably won't be a tower series.

This seems like a lot of fun. Haven't done much SMBX other than working with SMWCX recently, so I would love to participate.

We'll call it "Spire of Prejudice" then.
I'd love to participate in a vanilla contest if it were to be hosted.

Since this is vanila and custom graphics do not work over LAN, why not allow teams if they are five or less?

LAN is incredibly buggy, so I don't support this. Also, everyone could just load the same custom GFX.

A vanilla contest? I think I'm game for this. Count me in too :3

I agree with the previous posters; it should be cleared up whether we're using version 1.3 or 1.3.0.1.

"Vanilla Tower" would fit if the hub was shaped like an ice cream cone, heh. :p
Maybe we could call the hub...uh...*tries to come up with something cool-sounding* "Bastion of Simplicity"? Since, you know, the levels won't be using complicated custom stuff...*shrug*

I'll say this right now because I guess it needs to be clarified:

This contest will hardly be any different except for:
-No custom graphics or music is allowed
-A Tower of Biased hub will not be made for the contest

This means no collaberations.

Of course, unless Joey is willing to allow any changes to regular rules.
