Can't help you unless you share the error messages. Error messages reveal what caused the error.
Here it is, the message error:

What else are you doing in the level? Any lua code related to orbits? Paddlewheels?

Maybe it was the inclusion of Paddlewheels in the level... ^^;

The existence of paddlewheels by itself doesn't cause a crash. There has to be some specific scenario that causes the error. But since the error moreso lies with orbits, it shouldn't be too hard to look into and replicate. Thanks for the report!

That's a Bug caused by a dot in the title of an Episode in your worlds Folder. Make sure that No Episode in the Main Folder has a Dot in the name.

Okay, I replicated what I did with the Paddlewheels in a test level I made. It looks like it can't be set to "Doesn't move".
Edit #1: Even when not set to "Doesn't move", the same message appears. Maybe is due to the fact the Paddlewheels are in the same section as the goal?!
Edit #2: The paddlewheels don't work properly after finishing a level, even when set it isn't set to "Doesn't move" or when in a different section.

Quick answer: No. At least not by the respective hosts.

You shouldn't use the PGE Alpha Tester.

It's the world map testing mode which doesn't mean you will play each level. Instead, you need to type the exit code to affect path opener to see when they will be opened. If you wish to play this episode in normal mode, go to "Test -> LunaTester -> Start legacy engine", and then, choose your episode in the menu.
PGE Engine only allows this [world map testing with no level playing] mode. For now, it has complete implementation SMBX's vanilla world map sub-system and can be used for world map tests. However, if you are using anything extra than vanilla tech (using new LunaLua-based features), you should run SMBX Engine to test that.

Bug: The jumping piranha plant is seen as a dummy npc in the game and it becomes this nonmoving, unkillable object.

Assuming you're not using the one in the tileset item box: use that. The other one isn't coded.

Block ini files only affect the editor, they don't change anything in the game itself.

Do GolBlerts work properly? The concept of making a level with changing elements based on the Game Of Life is something I never knew I wanted. X3

PROX wrote: ↑Sun Mar 31, 2019 6:54 am Also if a fire bro fireball makes contact with an npc with npcblocktop, it flies across the screen at blinding speed and then the game crashes. Not sure if this is the case with all NPCs with npcblocktop, but it happened with a tweeter when I ran into it. This happened when the npc was on a warp generator as well.
Ran into this issue when experimenting with moving NPCs with blocks attached to grabbed objects. You can sometimes fling an NPC by switching directions when the NPC is on the attached block.
In some circumstances when the NPC is in midair, such as this, the NPC multiplies its current speed by its speed modifier every frame until it causes a crash. It only happens if the multiplier is greater than 1, and fire bro fireballs do have this multiplier greater than 1. If it's less than 1 it will slow down in midair instead.

If you put NPC-457 (Red springboard) in NPC-433 (Сrate), you will see this error if you destroy NPC-433 and try to jump on NPC-457:
